Mission
Our goal is importing to Türkiye one of the oldest italian traditions. Bodrum is widely considered the "Montecarlo" of the Aegean sea and food lovers appreciate the Italian cuisine. Mozzarella, Burrata, Ricotta, Provola and neighbour products cannot be "manufactured". They are simply "created" by our expert cheese making manager (casaro) with love! We are aiming to share that sublime pleasure that the ancient Romans use to call "the meal of the Gods" Buon Appetito!
